Kelpie Construction Projects, is a family owned and operated company in Katy TX. Commited to offer a great experience to all of our clients and staff. Our manager started his professional life leading waterproofing projects for an ExxonMobil contractor back in 2001, focused on quality, safety and environmental friendly work. After dedicating years of advisory, training, quality assurance and project management, decided to move forward and join venture with a contract administration engineer to mix their knowledge and continuing education to develop a respectable and professional service.
